About me

Strategic policy analyst & writer on Russia, Ukraine, international security, and EU-Ukraine cooperation.

I have published over 80 articles across different outlets and think tanks such as the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies, Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Atlantic Council, Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), The Jamestown Foundation, GLOBSEC, Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), Visegrad Insight, Kyiv Post, New Eastern Europe, E-International Relations, Loop, and NATO Watch. I have been quoted, cited, and featured by over 50 media and policy platforms across 22 countries. 

I hold an LL.M. in Global Environment and Climate Change Law from the University of Edinburgh (Chevening Scholar), a Double Master’s in European Studies from Uppsala and Jagiellonian Universities (Erasmus Mundus Scholar), and Bachelor and Specialist degrees in International Law and International Relations from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.

My work bridges law, policy, and strategy, with a focus on addressing strategic risks in Europe’s neighbourhood, advancing EU-Ukraine cooperation, and strengthening institutional resilience.

I am a recipient of prestigious international scholarships, including the Chevening Scholarship (funded by the UK Government) and the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship (funded by the European Commission).
