I am an analyst and writer on Ukraine, Russia, international security, and EU-Ukraine cooperation.
I am a Research Fellow at GLOBSEC, focusing on grand strategy, the future of warfare, Russian military and hybrid strategy, and European security. I also work as a Senior Ukraine Researcher with ACLED, conducting research and conflict analysis on Ukraine.
Also, I am a Contributing Analyst at The Jamestown Foundation, where I cover Russia’s governance and policies in occupied Ukraine.
Previously, I was a Research Analyst with the ACAPS Ukraine Analysis Hub, where I authored humanitarian and conflict analysis covering frontline access constraints, conflict dynamics and the humanitarian effects of intensified hostilities.
I have over ten years of experience delivering complex research and analytical projects for public and private institutions across Europe, including work involving project management and data analysis. I have extensive experience analysing Ukrainian- and Russian-language primary sources, conducting expert interviews on security issues, and working with institutions involved in defence and security matters across Europe.

I hold an LL.M. in Global Environment and Climate Change Law from the University of Edinburgh (as a Chevening Scholar), a Double Master’s in European Studies (Euroculture) from Uppsala and Jagiellonian Universities (via the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship), and Bachelor and Specialist degrees in International Law and International Relations from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
