I am a Research Fellow at GLOBSEC, Senior Ukraine Researcher with ACLED, and Contributing Analyst at The Jamestown Foundation.
I have published over 130 articles and reports across leading outlets and think tanks such as The Atlantic, Foreign Policy, the Royal United Services Institute, Atlantic Council, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Center for European Policy Analysis, Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies, The Jamestown Foundation, The National Interest, GLOBSEC, Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), The Foreign Policy Centre, Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique, New Eastern Europe, Visegrad Insight, The Loop (ECPR), NATO Watch, E-International Relations, Kyiv Independent, and Kyiv Post.

I hold an LL.M. in Global Environment and Climate Change Law from the University of Edinburgh, a Double Master’s in European Studies (Euroculture) from Uppsala and Jagiellonian Universities, and Bachelor and Specialist degrees in International Law and International Relations from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.
I am a recipient of prestigious international scholarships, including the Chevening Scholarship (funded by the UK Government) and the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship (funded by the European Commission).
