I am a strategic policy analyst and writer on Ukraine, Russia, international security, and EU-Ukraine cooperation. I support think tanks, donors, and institutions with strategic analysis, legal-policy insight, and regional engagement across Ukraine and the EU neighborhood.
I am also a Contributing Analyst with The Jamestown Foundation, where I write on Russia, Ukraine, and international security.
I have published over 90 articles across different outlets and think tanks such as the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), Atlantic Council, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), The Jamestown Foundation, Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), GLOBSEC, Visegrad Insight, The Foreign Policy Centre, Kyiv Post, New Eastern Europe, E-International Relations, Loop, and NATO Watch, and participated in international security and policy forums, including the Warsaw Security Forum and GLOBSEC.

My work has informed debates on Ukraine, Russia, hybrid warfare, and the EU-Ukraine cooperation.
Previously, I was the lead writer on multiple ACAPS reports, including quarterly humanitarian access and risk updates for front-line oblasts focused on local governance and institutional stress. Also, I worked at Frost & Sullivan, where I assessed market landscapes and produced strategic reports on market leaders across various segments.
I hold an LL.M. in Global Environment and Climate Change Law from the University of Edinburgh (as a Chevening Scholar), a Double Master’s in European Studies (Euroculture) from Uppsala and Jagiellonian Universities (via the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship), and Bachelor and Specialist degrees in International Law and International Relations from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. I have also completed numerous trainings in public policy, diplomacy, negotiations, and security.
I am the founder of UAinFocus, an independent platform that connects Ukrainian and international experts on key policy and security issues.
My work bridges law, policy, and strategy, with a focus on addressing strategic risks in Europe’s neighbourhood, advancing EU-Ukraine cooperation, and strengthening institutional resilience.
